We found Sustainable Construction from our neighbor who was very satisfied with their new windows, the price and especially their work product. We called Josh and were taken by his no pressure, straight forward assessment of what we wanted, and options to achieve it. We appreciated his thoroughness and accepted his offer to do business. When the windows and patio door arrived, Josh’s team were courteous, professional and extremely prepared for their task. Josh understood that I have a respiratory issue and the installation team put on masks before entering our home and wore them through-out. Every detail of the installation was done to perfection, checked and double-checked to the last detail. We are more than satisfied with the windows, patio door, and the work that was accomplished. We are already planning another project with Josh and his company.

Did a second project with Josh and his team and planning on doing a third. Josh came out and helped us insulate our attic and a few walls, plus a few new windows and was just as professional as before. Projects were prioritized and completed on time, all the workers were careful with our home and kept the work area clean and were responsive. We also had our HVAC ducting updated and optimized, overall I’d still recommend josh and his team as they take great care throughout the entire process and are responsive and professional as ever. We plan on getting solar installed as well before NEM 3.0 takes affect, and josh has been helping out with that.

Other companies said they had up to a 90 day turnaround time, Josh not only provided the best price but a 2-3 week turnaround time. I needed an HVAC replacement so shopped around. I got five quotes and Art’s quote was not quite the cheapest, but it was the quote that gave me the most confidence in the job. They detailed everything about what they would be doing including patching and painting the closet where the old HVAC was.
